Artiste pionnier de l’art numérique de ces 20 dernières années, Denis Santelli explore l’art génératif, la réalité virtuelle ou encore la 3D. Exposé partout en Europe et aux Etats-Unis, l’artiste a montré son travail au Context Art de Miami en 2019, en marge d’Art Basel Miami. En octobre 2021, Denis Santelli a organisé la toute première exposition hybride dans le metaverse CryptoVoxels et à la Galerie Schwab Beaubourg à Paris.
Notre NFT est la première installation artistique jamais créée par un artiste dans un metaverse et révèle une structure cubique (le voxel) sur laquelle est basée toute l’architecture de The Sandbox. En en révélant la matrice filaire, Denis Santelli propose une visite au cœur même du système à travers une architecture de 13 étages transparents qu’il est possible de gravir comme dans un jeu. Les formes lumineuses qu’il y intègre renvoient aux Incomplete open cubes de Sol LeWitt, figure majeure de l’art Minimal des années 1970.

A pioneering artist in digital art for the past 20 years, Denis Santelli explores generative art, virtual reality and 3D. Exhibited throughout Europe and the United States, the artist showed his work at Context Art in Miami in 2019, on the sidelines of Art Basel Miami. In October 2021, Denis Santelli curated the very first hybrid Metaverse/Physical exhibition at Galerie Schwab Beaubourg in Paris and on CryptoVoxels.
This NFT, the first art installation ever created by an artist in the Metaverse, reveals a cubic structure (the Voxel) on which all of The Sandbox’s architecture is based. By revealing its wired matrix, Denis Santelli offers a visit to the very heart of the system through an architecture of 13 transparent floors that can be climbed like in a game. The luminous forms that he integrates there refer to the Incomplete open cubes by Sol LeWitt, a major figure in Minimal art of the 1970s.
